FRAM is known as America's number one oil filter brand and is a unit of Honeywell Consumer Products Group. The FRAM team manufactures and markets a variety of quality oil, air and fuel filters, as well as many other automotive accessories.
The company needed a new site to support a new marketing program to promote its oil filter product line. Sustaining high-traffic volume, tracking user activity and gathering success rates of featured promotions were all necessary requirements for FRAM.
Epsilonium implemented a solution by applying web analytics that allow FRAM to monitor the site’s increase in success. The new website also uses Epsilonium’s dynamic technological expertise to interactively promote FRAM’s products. FRAM now has the capability to build a firm customer relationship database by employing mass ads and rebates to achieve high levels of trial and usage.
